Manuel Neuer Slams Manchester United Boss Jose Mourinho

Bayern Munich star Manuel Neuer said he doesn't understand why Jose Mourinho has decided to drop Bastian Schweinsteiger.

The Germany World Cup winner is surplus to requirements under Mourinho at Manchester United, despite only joining the club last summer.
Schweinsteiger, who has been training with the reserves, did not feature in yesterday's 2-1 win at Bournemouth and is free to find another club .

But Neuer, who played alongside Schweinsteiger for Bayern Munich and Germany, has slammed Mourinho's decision to drop the 32-year-old.
Neuer told German newspaper Die Welt: "Basti is a super player.
"He's an important man with a lot of experience who is very important for the team, so I just can't understand this decision." Mourinho is looking to trim his squad before the start of the season as he looks to bring in a new centre-back.
Paddy McNair and Donald Love have both been sold to Sunderland on permanent deals, while
Adnan Januzaj has joined the Black Cats on loan.
